The project was implemented from scratch – from registering the first company to building a stable, operational holding structure.
The scope of the project included the complete process of building the organization, from preparing the administrative and operational support, through creating management structures, implementing systems and organizing processes, to developing sales and direct cooperation with key clients in the Scandinavian market.
This was work carried out on the business side, with full responsibility for decisions and their long-term consequences.
